You could just go to legendarymotorsport.com and buy it and then color it pink... unless it's the unique license plate from the Cabrio is what you're attempting to get.

The license for Poppy Mitchell's Cognesceti Cabrio reads "POPPYM15". It is also a special shade of pink that I believe can't be recreated. It is a Franklin Mission, so you'd have to steal the car as Franklin during the mission, then get it to Michael and do the SP/MP glitch.

Thanks, think i played that allready and a re-do wont work unless i start a new game. Thats how regular missions are not sure about the strangers and freaks type.
