Ricardo Diaz Posted November 11, 2002 Share Posted November 11, 2002 While walking along the road near vice point, a car stopped at a red light and then honked it's horn twice. A few seconds later, another guy got in the car, but didn't steal it. He just sat in the passengers seat, and they drove away just like normal.
