I'm sure that the III era characters weren't supposed to resemble their voice actors much... Maybe ever so slightly. If they did try to make them look alike then they did a bad job of it huh? You may also have a problem with the new shirt topology because you have a point where loads of quads meet right where you will have a lot of movement.. The chest armpit arm area.
