Am I Stupid? GTA Online User Policy

Just picked up the game, surprisingly had no problems at all with playing online (xbox) until someone tried to invite me to a job, when I accepted it, it said I couldn't join because I have to "accept the GTA Online User Policy"

I looked through all the options in game, even on the rockstar social club, and couldn't find anything of the sort

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hey, I just bought the game today, did the tutorial, then tried to join mates and its saying the exact same thing. Did you find a way around it?

It might be a bug, I would contact Rockstar Support.

I never found a way to specifically accept it, but, after I had turned it off, the next day I started a new online character and played for an hour or so with no one inviting me to a job, so I went back to my original character and played for 3 freaking hours before I got a job invite, accepted it, and the user policy thing didn't pop up. So, I guess it just fixed itself or the making a 2nd character fixed it maybe? Everything is working fine and dandy now.

I had to accept it when I first got it, and I did it through Social...

So i am somewhat new to GTA, in fact this is my first one. But i am having the same problem. I completed the tutorial but when i try to connect to friends it says i have to accept the GTA Online User Policy. So we obviously have the same problem. Is there anywhere i can find this policy? Or this something where i will just have to wait for Rockstar to fix it?

I never found the policy anywhere, but I made a social club account and joined a random crew and now everything's working fine, also, as stated in an above post, I made a second online character and after switching back to the original the next time I played I never had the problem again.
