Where is a rocket launcher?

Im on the "Sir, Yes Sir" Mission, where you have to steal the tank. I think I need the rocket launcher, but can't find it anywhere.  Any words of advice?

actually, I found a better strategy, from Gamefaqs.com:

 

"Make sure you have Grenades from the Ammu-Nation in the mall, a Sniper

    Rifle from Diaz's hedge maze, a melee weapon that can damage a vehicle,

    a fast car, and about $300-$600 you can blow on the Pay-and-Spray. Drive

    across the bridge towards the convoy. When you see the Patriot drive by,

    lob a grenade at the Barracks OL (the huge army transport truck). Now get

    back in your car and drive! Drive north to the Pay-and-Spray to rid you

    of your wanted level. Now drive back towards the tank, which has now

    stopped. Run over all the army troops you see. Continue until you know

    that all of them are dead. Go to the Pay-and-Spray when you need to. Now,

    there may or not be a Barracks OL with some men in it. If there are, get

    behind a somewhat nearby median (road divider), and snipe everyone out

    of the truck. Go to the Pay-and-Spray one last time. Last to kill is the

    guy holding turret on the tank. Just snipe his head off. Now, pull out

    your melee weapon and knock off one of the tank's doors. Get in."

U dont have to do any of tha crap all u gotta do is get a car, drive to the tank and stop in front of it (it will stop also), get out and use a melee weapon to break the door, then turn the turret on the tank around and start shooting backwards and driving forwards at the same time (this waill give u a speed boost) and head towards the little dot and boom ur done!

i just followed the tank for a little bit (they kept yelling "civilian, move away from the tank!") eventually, the tank-driver is given permission to go get some donuts. once he gets out, the tank is free to take!

Theres a rocket launcher near the airport, go onto the road that branches off the dual carriage way on the 2nd island and keep going straight...you will meet some crossroads, keep going straight. Theres a big orange building on the left, the next road on the left will take you to the entrance of it. You should see an opening below the building where theres a swimming pool...the rocket launchers in there   I think it has about 4 rockets.

Lol, all I needed was some armor, no weapons or anything. I didn't know that you could steal it at the donut place so I just tried to open the door myself. They tell you to stand back, but just open the door and a soldier will come out. If the soldiers grab you, keep trying to get in, eventually youy will get in the tank.  drive into the OL to kill the soldiers around you. Then it is smooth sailing (just make sure to get to the garage in time)

hahaha that's waaaaaaaaaaaaay more work than needed...

 

seriously... the easiest way is wait for the guy to get outta the tank and get donuts. you just hop in it and drive off.. You don't need to be shooting anything or anyone...

 

as for the rocket - it's by a building that looks like a hospital (i always call it a hospital)... if you go to the Cherry Popper Ice Cream place, just drive south about 2 blocks, and head West - then when you see a big orange/brick building on the left and fence on the right you're there just turn left to the building and go under the little archway and it's in a pool.
