Easy way to get hunter

Just get a cop uniform and walk to the back of the military base get in the hunter and fly away (the hunter is the helicopter that u get once u get a 100 packages but if u do it this way u dont need any packages)

i flew over the base but couldnt see any choppers in there... have you completed the game? because it also spawns there if you have

You need to complete the game first. I got the Hunter by flying a helicopter over there.

 

By the way, is there anyway to save the Hunter so the next time you load your game, its there?

All you have to do is either get 100 hidden packages or beat all the story missions to get the Hunter.  To avoid being shot at, all you have to do is get the police uniform at the Washington Beach Police HQ. You get the uniform after you've beaten the "Copland" mission.  It's that simple!

 

I don't think there is a way to "store" your helicopters in the game like your cars.  Just gotta do a little more footwork I guess...

for me it shows up there almost everytime and when it doesnt i just go away for a couple seconds and when i go back its there
