PetsOvernight Posted November 10, 2002 Share Posted November 10, 2002 If you're thinking of the skimmer plane, you don't need 80 packages. I only have like 30 and I have it. Buy the movie studio and for a mission you'll have to use the plane to deliver flyers. After that mission, or all the movie missions, the plane will be at the dock behind the movie place.
