I would like to extend my services to people who cannot get their hands on a copy of Vice. Seeing as European stores are sold out due to the new release hype, Australians get a watered down version and some people live in countries where the game is not being released, I can ship you a copy. You send me a money order for the EXACT price including a predetermined shipping cost, I send you GTA:Vice City. I have great Ebay references, I'd use them as the middleman, but then I'd have to adhere to their shipping regulations. I have been told be foriegn friends that EB and the like won't ship out USA copies to them, so that is why I am here.

I have been told be foriegn friends that EB and the like won't ship out USA copies to them, so that is why I am here.

 

The reason they won't ship out US copies because the US uses the NTSC video format and Australia uses the PAL format, to put it bluntly EB aren't going to sell a product they know won't work on the system they are selling it for.

If you can't answer that than why are you trying to sell us unusable products?
