Why does gta sa crash when i click on addon actors (Skin selector

i have cleo 4 and i have the latest of anything i need,and the latest of skin selector.and i have opened skin.img and added a skin,spongebob,and now when i load up skin selector and select addon actors,it freezes up my game,i have tried renaming the skin yet it still crashes.And the skin has txd,and dff files in there of the skin.And all the other settings work.And i wnat the addons to work,not replace the skin of the ones built into the game.so what should i do?

You should try the skins out by replacing temporary replacing them with existing models, if it still crashes it has an issue with the model or the texture if not then well I don't know how that skin selector works but it might be because GTA San Andreas have a peds limit which means you can only add a certain amount of skins to the game(about 3) so try increasing this with one of the limit adjusters.
