My character was deleted again.. for no ***** reason

Last time I played was 2 days ago I was level 30 and everything smooth. No problems with the servers or anything.

 

I turn on my PS3 today and I have to start all over.. my character is gone! My apartment, cars, money. wtf

Cloud is down, do not create a new one, it will return when the cloud is back.

 

 

*****!! I created a new one. :(

 

I'm not the only one either. I noticed in the first mission(the race) a lot of people are starting over and were complaining about it

They may as well have deleted mine. My character has morphed into a tranny. I have my regular face with a male body. I am seriously about to cry right now. I have like two weeks in progress and was about to hit rank 120 today. Now I look f*cking ridiculous and all clothes and face keep morphing.

I read about the cloud being down, but i was at work. Is this just me with issues now?? I had so many problems trying to get on just a few minutes ago because it said I need to create a character yet my rank and money were still there I just kept backing out and when I finally was able to join a session I was disfigured. Has anyone else had this problem? Plz tell me this is temporary. I'm supposed to be helping ppl right now and I don't know if my garage is even there now. I spawned in my apt, but I'm afraid to do anything.

that sucks. I played a game where someone's character went from a brunette female to fez from that 70's show in a miniskirt and red high heels. it still had female features only with a male face and frame. not even trying to play until this cloud thing is over.

I think the cloud will be fixed in a few weeks or so.

I had no idea the servers were down. I thought it was just to change my character's appearance because his level 30 was shown

If he's only lvl 30 he might not have been around when that notice was up. And I thought they were supposed to have fixed that anyway.

 

And if he didn't see those notices then it's a completely understandable mistake. If somebody deleted their saves on a SP game and complained then yeah that would be dumb, but why would an online game even have a temp character option if it deletes your main character? That's completely counter-intuitive and useless.

I believe they still show up when loading online, but okay. I guess just not seeing them would be possible. And as for a temp character I have no freaking idea why they designed character creation this way. I don't know

C'mon man, it's actually you're fault that you got your character deleted. Idk why you would just create a new one, asking for help on here or looking at the tips during the loading screens can help.
