Yea. Dunno about male characters, but females can have access to a few types of earings.

The bad news is, you can't wear both earing and necklaces at the same time. Probably due to hardware limitations I guess ...

For the men we need our gold and platinum crowex watches, more suits, pimp cane that can be used as a melee weapon, and they have to separate clothing from stores. Ponsonbys for high end wear suits jewelry etc. Suburban for regular street attire leather jackets sneakers etc, and the Binco for those still living out of their free garage.
