Rockstart will delete support threads regarding to character loss afte

After reading a whole bunch of rants about the bad sport system, i came accross this topic

Rockstar Games is currently deleting any comments regarding issues still plaguing GTA Online. Issues like 'character loss'.

It has happend to me several times and I've also noticed it happen to other community members at support.rockstargames.com.

We all know that GTA Online is still plagued by character loss issues. They've told us that it was going to be fixed by title update 1.04. But even after that update members of the support site's community were still complaining about losing their character. Recently those complaints seem to stop. Has it finally been fixed I thought?

Then I replied to a community post whether character loss was still an issue. I noticed that that reply soon was deleted. It wasn't a too negative post and it was on-topic since it had to do about character loss still being an issue. But they chose to delete that post anyway. So I place another one. As friendly as I could say it. That was deleted also.

Not only that, but they also blocked my social club account at the forum. I could log into my social club account, but couldn't use that account at the community section. At that section I kept on being signed off so I couldn't post, reply or even view my support tickets.

So I created a 2nd social club account. So I could ask questions about character loss again. Soon enough that post was deleted also and again, my second social club account was blocked from the community section.

So I created a 3rd account. And a 4th. And a 5th. Every post even mentioning 'character loss' was deleted and the social club account I was using to post that topic blocked.

Is it just me, I thought? But no. I kept on monitoring the community and sure enough I saw other users mentioning character loss. Some even requested 'not to delete this post again'. And soon after, those post were deleted too.

So it seems we are not to mention character loss at the community. Rockstar will delete such posts and if you continue to place topics on it even block your social club account from the community section.

It's like they want to ignore the character loss issue still plaguing GTA Online. Like even after a month they still haven't got a clue how to fix it. And rather than let people complain about it or keep on asking when it is finally going to be fixed, they delete every comment on it. So it seems that character loss isn't an issue anymore, everything is fine and nothing needs fixing.

I find such form of censorship very disturbing. Instead of fixing the problem they appear to take the path of pretending the problem doesn't exist and we can just continue to buy the game and everyone is happy with it.

You can try it yourself if you want. Just use a social club account or create one. Place a comment on character loss. Perhaps ask why they are deleting posts about it. And notice how now soon after, that post will be deleted. And if you place a few new one your social club account won't have access to the community anymore.

Don't take my word for it. Try it out yourself. Just thought this might be worth mentioning. Not let's hope this post won't be deleted too

Kinda feels like rockstar are giving the impression that the game is now flawless. So later down the track, It looked like the issue was resolved but in fact it wasn't.

They cant delete posts here regarding it, and id say this is one of the bigger community's... Yet there isn't any posts or people crying about it, since the start when it was obvious that issues would occur...

 

In all honestly, I doubt it is real, and it is one of SR devs at it again... what with the "try it, post yourself and see how fast it is deleted"... what is that going to create after 1000s of people have seen it? That's right kids... a sea of "my char has been deleted" posts (testing to see if it's true), and this douche/sr devs will be like "SEE chars are still being deleted by the bug!!11"

Instead of replying to pointless and unnecessary reports, R* need to listen and help out people with serious reports, such as character deletion, disappearing personal vehicles and disappearing weapons&ammo.
