Strange mission? (lock if needed)

The first mission that pops up for me since the servers are back up is called "Viceroy Kill" from Martin, it has no text in the invitation message itself... anyone had this mission before? Google isn't my friend :(

 

Edit:

 

Lol thaaat was strange, I started the mission.. it loaded up, drove my car 2ft and screen blacked out with "Mission Failed, mission over" lol
