No. But there is a way to have no police enabled.

i dunno about a cheat, but i wish there was an option in the audio settings to turn off siren sounds especially when im playing online.

It's annoying to have police chasing you just because you have looked at them -.-

 

I've heard this complaint often on the forum, as well as pedestrians that will call the cops on you just for standing next to them. I have to say I don't encounter this frequently and have to wonder:

 

A) Which character were you when it happened?

B) Were you armed?

C) How close were you? Invading-my-personal-space close?

 

I also take into consideration that this is a game about criminals doing lots of illegal stuff and your intentions may be presumed hostile just on general principles. I've followed the random cop car chases and after the inevitable shootout I walk over the bodies and collect the loot. This has only caused a cop to turn hostile once though if I take a nearby car they have a hissy fit. Likewise I've strolled along next to people but unless I try to get in their face I don't get the cops called on me. I haven't really payed attention which character I was playing but Trevor tends to get negative reactions just by being nearby. Can't imagine why.

Yep this. Which is more trouble than it's worth. If you can hide long enough to enter this code you can probably just lose them.

They should have kept the phone system, it was so much more convenient to be able to just push 1 button to activate the cheat. Unfortunately R* gave into the PS2-era fanboys and brought back the old system.

I can't stand the police in this game, pedestrians 3 meters away call the police on you for walking... Luckily, there is a semi-never wanted trick I saw here on the forums a while ago (I can't give credit as I forgot the users name, sorry). You will need to be playing as Michael and own the Ten Cent Theater property, when they call you to do some fly-by promotions, go to the plane, and when it tells you to get into it, don't, with this, you can now do heaps of things without getting in trouble, you can even walk without automatically getting a wanted level.

 

Just be cautious as you may sometimes get one, I'm not quite sure how the system works when it's in this semi-disabled mode, but many areas still give you an automatic 4 star wanted level. You can still do plenty of things without getting in trouble automatically, which is great. All I need is the PC version with a trainer now...
