I call this the "Ghost Ped" anywah, I was in my apartment at night and I like to watch the security cams, and I saw a female ped come infront of my camera and she stood there for a while, and eventually vanished. May have been a glitch, but who knows. ^_^ I think it happened because rockstar made in a way to optimize the game it refreshed it data( peds, peds in cars,etc) It happens to me when I drive and crash into a car and it vanishes 1 second after impact.
