Last night while trying to merely update my vehicles to all have the same paint job (fluorescent blue primary with sunrise orange secondary), I found that the LSC garage was the breeding ground for spawnkillers. Hiding on the roof, behind the giant cable spools, and behind the jersey barriers.

And once I got shot, blown up, decimated, assaulted, taunted, and ridiculed by these folk, you can guess that as soon as I respawned, they gang tackled me, repeatedly.

My only recourse was to run and jump over a high wall, find their PV and go "bad sport" on them, which really stinks because I now have to wear that pointed beanie.

But seriously, what's your best strategies when it comes to spawnkilling, whether you do it or fall victim to it?

And in my opinion, it's a part of the game so anyone who gets really ticked off, like one of the guys last night, needs to sit back and remember what game they're playing.

Cheers!

if it gets too ridiculous or I don't feel like it I just break out the Phone and start a quick job to teleport away to safety

don't even need to play the job, can just exit out of the lobby and usually it will put you somewhere safe

I see these guys as the ones taking the moral high ground when it comes to exploiting the LSC glitch. Let the war commence. :miranda:

If I'm in a session alone, I just find a new session. If I'm with my crew, the spawn killing tends to turn around pretty quickly.

yea quick job thru phone works well or just be rdy although sometimes you respawn with no weapon aiming and rolling will give you a few secs also as they have to retarget and adjust there sights

go onto a high ledge near LSC, go into passive mode, call the cops repeatedly.

Look for another vantage point , I know there is a roof that gives a clear view of that camping point , and you can snipe them while they are pre occupied trying to kill someone else going into LSC ..

I tend to sit back and snipe the spawnkillers. Campers. Tanks. Griefers in general.

Also there's more than on LSC in the game.

Just use pasive mode and head to one of the other mod shops. There's plenty of them about.

Bad idea. If you're on foot you can be killed by getting run over. If you're in a car you can be shot while in passive mode.

Hmm, I only had one guy camping the roof of LSC, yesterday.

He sniped me out of my car, I respawned, the halfwit kept shooting at my car, I guess to warn me from trying to get back in it...who knows or cares...

So anyway, I went off radar, pulled out the Heavy Sniper, wached him pace back and forth and go in and out of cover, then when he popped up, BANG.

I would have spawn killed him for the aggravation, but he left the session immediately afterward.

I agree. In racing, you can have no-contact, right? So, why not do the same in-game? You get in a car and no one can shoot you and you can't drive over anybody. Makes such simple sense.

Another thing I was thinking earlier today, was wouldn't it be great that if someone put a bounty on you, you could then blow up PVs without any penalty? The reason I suggest the idea is that I had a $9,000 bounty on me and the entire lobby (or it seemed) came hunting me down. I'm not a bad player, but when you've got multiple players in Zentorno's all shoving their arse-ends in my face, shooting, I *should* be able to take them all out with one explosive without having to pay a million in fines and risk Bad Sport.

Is that reasonable or just not a good idea?

I wasn't aware that the console made any difference. How does that work?

One of the perks of living in paleto bay. You can work on your car or do some gun./clothes shopping and don't have to deal with annoying griefers.

My policy is that I won't spawn kill white dots. They get a ten second grace period after respawning before I'll take another shot at them.

Red dots don't get the courtesy. I will target them on the respawn, coming out of LSC, idle or AFK - it makes no difference. I figure they turned red from being douchebags, so whatever they get is just karma.

As far as ME being spawnkilled, I usually jump into passive mode after it happens the first time. If it's really bad, I'll just switch servers.

Irish O'African

Passive mode is an option, depending on what version you use.

Just wait until they rage and vote to kick you and make false reports, bc they're losing lmao. Happens to me all the time on PS4 especially from high ranked players.

I never find spawn killing to be a problem unless I'm out in an open field with multiple people sniping me.
