First off, NO, I am not mad, I am laughing at how stupid this guy was.

 

So there is a guy at the construction site last night with a bounty on his head. I figured he was on the rooftop, especially when I see 7 other players at the helicopter pad, so I climbed up the long ass ladder thingy and found the on the last floor before the rooftop. He was standing there aiming as if he was waiting for a helicopter to appear. As such, he was so surprised that I took him out from the ladder that he placed a bounty on my head. I jump off and parachute down and as I am heading to my Entity when I see that he is spreading gasoline all over it. He then runs for cover and I land, but instead of going to my car, I go over to place to get cover. The ****er decides that since I won't go into my car, to just throw a grenade at it and blow it up. -_-

 

I just started laughing my ass off as I call my insurance company to replace it. I bet the bill he got was quite expensive since I've been told those cars cost in the thousands to replace.

 

Anyway, why the hell would you go and blow up someone's car when you know you are going to have to pay for it? I mean, I understand if you did it by accident, but he intentionally blew it up out of spite for my not going into it. I'm not even sure what he was doing with the gasoline can as I've tried to blow cars up that way before without success (and not those that belong to other players).

Some players can afford the insurance, I mean, 10k isn't that much, especially if that player uses the LSC exploit. He probably blew your car up just to piss you off, and to get his revenge.

lol His revenge ended up getting another bounty on his head from me, which I then claimed, and was pretty much stalking him to the point that he left the game.

I know you say you're not angry but, I get the distnct impression that you feel he was. Maybe he wasn't mad either, maybe he was having a good ole laugh that you would climb a big f*ck off ladder to chase him for a poxy few grand too and when he respawned on the ground and saw you parachuting down, maybe he thought, I know, I'll torch his car it'll be funny if I can set him on fire.

When you refused to play his game, he just threw a grenade under it anyway to get some sort of satisfaction.

I don't blow cars up myself unless some idiot's used it against me like, running me over and then, the last thing I consider is the insurance fee...I doubt any player does really, if you ain't got enough in your bank to cover such small expenses then, you're doing things wrong. But then, I don't go bounty hunting either, I know it's part of the game but, it just don't interest me unless the bounty has to cheek to attack me first just because I passed a nearby street to him.

 

There's too much of this presumption that another player is 'butt hurt' when the majority of the time, they're just playing the game with ya.

I only go bounty hunting if the price is high or if I just happen to drive right by the area a bounty is situated. It depends on my mood. If I have nothing better to do, or if I just need one more kill to level up, then I'll do it. If not, then I'm good. In fact, I had actually gone to the construction sit to do a gang war since I was only a few points away from leveling up to 56 and saw that there was someone with a bounty right on the same spot I was currently standing on.

He probably was screwing around. If he was smart, he would of either shot you down while you were parachuting or thrown a sticky bomb on the passenger side and hope you didn't notice. Also, if you pour gas on a car, sometimes the backfire from the exhaust will ignite it. Maybe he was going for that.

Sometimes if someone bothers me.ill blow up there car on purpose even if its a 10k bill for an entity or whatever and ill tear down to mors mutual and more often than not you'l find the persons car there and manage to blow it up again using gasoline so they have to pay the bill and that really pisses them off!some dopes then will replace the car a few more times instantly and ill jus do the same thing.

Pouring gas on a car and setting it off will destroy it, but I've only had it work if you climb on top of it and give it a nice gas bath. Doesn't have to be that much, but the resultant fire has to be "attached" to the car for it to damage it.

I always douse the roof with gasoline to ensure it'll be effective, I didn't know it was mandatory though I pour it around at least one side as well.

What would have been really funny is if you shot at him while he was pouring the gas and you set your own car on fire and blew it up. That's how you get revenge. I would have hid behind your car and shot at you forcing you to shoot back and set your own car on fire.

I think you misunderstand the difference between being mad and being obnoxious. I was being obnoxious to the dude for blowing up my car. And why did I make a thread if I wasn't mad? Because I wanted to. I don't need a reason, but if you want one, it was because I was bored and just wanted to share something pointless. There are so many topics on glitching and crap that every now and then, you want to just see something about nothing, because that is what this game really is, about nothing.
