I'm expecting a Undead Nightmare quality DLC but at the same time I'm worried. R* knows how much people loved it and how we're expecting something even better. I feel like this DLC is gonna suffer from the "movie sequel/remake disease" in that the devs are gonna try too hard and make it stupid/soulless, and that it's being developed in such a way that it meets expectations rather than from the ground up, if that makes any sense. Also there's the fact that it's not even the same group of developers, RDR had a very significant style that worked well with zombies, I'm not sure if GTA V or any other GTAs for that matter, do. But hopefully they know what they're doing though and I'm worrying over nothing

Play The Last Of Us or Dead Rising or something like that insteed. Couldn´t work with zombies GTA isn´t a game like that. But surely if it would been zombies it would be one of the best free world zombie games because of the city and graphic.

They could make better use of the idea by replacing zombies with aliens. Adding zombies just seems like... I can't explain it...irrelevant? At least aliens exist in the game, it would make more sense to develop the alien mini game (played by Michael) a bit more.

It means R* would add 3 pictures to the shown dlc selection in chr0m3 video .

I think Rockstar did what they want to do with zombies in Undead Nightmare. I can see maybe a Halloween themed multiplayer DLC with some zombie survival jobs but not a whole single player zombie story again.

its a bit tricky to make it done right. I understand people who want such DLC, but I'ld say its VERY hard to put it logically in the storyline of modern world.

A great example of how the city should look like was Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3. The city after few days was totally devastated and decayed.

 

Los Santos cant be simply redesigned, it would take years.

 

And THATS THE ONLY REASON, why it shouldnt be done. honestly, you can wipe off with arguments like "there are too many games like X". Its not an argument, its an act of keeping the privalege of hoping/dreaming about the game. its fu.cking selfish and you should die.

 

 

The only way that I can think of is to put zombies in some closed area, like a labs, in a mission. That would work, but sadly no zombies on the free roam.

 

My vision of ideal zombie game would be

 

- " 'The Last of Us'-ish" story

- the art style of first three RE

- Rockstar's mechanics for open world game

 

but thats a story for another game...

It's probably just an oversight. Rockstar would've locked this sh*t up by now.

 

I mean, remember the North Yankton Hoax? If it was legit it would've been deleted VERY quickly. And the NY Hoax spread even faster than the Zombie DLC thing.

Zombie dlc would be alright IMO, but they should've address the elephant in the room (mt Chillad mural, jetpack). A SP dlc involving these EEs would've been epic, imagine stealing the jetpack from the military n using it to board an alien mother ship then killing all the aliens in it then blowing it up! Then we could keep the jetpack and maybe even a drive able UFO

So, I think a zombie DLC could work as long as we're able to enter the Humane Labs and fight our way out. There was a mission in Saints Row III where you could either steal or destroy a truck loaded with the zombie virus. I could see this happening if a Humane Labs Boxville carrying the pathogen crashes and the virus gets into the water. My question is, would this be the last DLC available for PS3 and Xbox 360 before the current generation versions come out so we have one last DLC to end things with a bang? I hope so, and I'm going to be pretty pissed if it's not available for PS3. Maybe it should be fast, zombie-like infected like 28 Days Later.

Cuz it fit better on RDR with the cowboys and sh*t, like a movie i remeber like cowboys and aliens cuz them muthaf*ckers didn´t know sh*t about aliens or zombies back in the days still they were dangerous and sh*t with guns and it was more fun. But i dunno if it will happen or not. Why not just make a DLC with drunks or dogs or something like that lol.

It's a billboard next to the prison on the EAST side of San Andreas. I have never seen this one before, and I always drive past that area. "Hell Awaits" just seems like Rockstar's way of telling us it's on the way (if this billboard really is a hint). and the "First Redemption Church"? Maybe a nod towards Red Dead Redemption, where the first Undead Nightmare happened? These are just my specualtions.

I drove past that sign last night and thought the exact same thing. There appears to be a large emphasis placed on that sign, so I hope your theory is correct.
