It's zombie mode is one of the more addicting parts of the series

 

Addicting? Nah mate, I don't find those games fun at all. Killing zombies endlessly is fun? It gets boring in the end

Well if you know this isn't Call of Duty then stop trying to pretend it is. GTA is unique, the last thing I want is for the game to be completely turned around and to look like another zombie game which has been done over one million times

 

If you want zombie and alien games then go play Saints Row. This isn't that. Shooting and killing zombies all day long, and yes as you said it would pretty much be about the high score, the game protagonist against zombies, how more sh*t and boring does it get

Why would I ever wanna substitute a dlc containing a post apocalyptic Los Santos filled with undead creatures in the modern world for me and my friends sitting at a table playing poker? That comparison is like night and day. If not zombies at least put Aliens or Terminators or something lethal and supernatural.

"OMG Make a PREQUEL!" No, it shouldn't be a prequel...the game really doesn't need to expand on the CANON part of the story anyway. so a zombie DLC Story would be more fun (ONLINE And Offline,Story mode and in free roam.)

And you think putting zombies and aliens is a realistic and GTA-like theme? A cops and robbers DLC sounds more realistic than "lets kill zombies in the end of the world with our shotguns!"

 

This is GTA, of course supporting a casino/gambling or cops and robbers DLC is the best thing to do. Why would Rockstar all of sudden changes GTA's theme to stupid aliens?

zombie turf wars. zombies keep taking over families turf and it is your job to turn the map green again, except for that one purple spot and that one yellow spot they won't let you clear.

 

seriously, again it's not my first choice--i would rather have gta-type expansion, and they just flesh out the game that exists, maybe some cut content can be restored. even a natural disaster dlc would be better....but, i would still play a zombie invasion like crazy. it doesn't have to be shambling romero zombies, either. supersoldier superweapon type zombies, merriweather's cursed mountain zombies--there are a lot of ways this could go that isn't what's necessarily expected. infused gangsta zombie soldier heist driver. hahaha

I havent been able to read through this entire thread, so if this has been discussed before, I apologize in advance. But I figured I would add this to the discussion here.

 

There is one thing I have noticed a lot lately in game. Whats with all the sneezing and coughing pedestrians lately?! I'm sure its something that has always been in the game that I never really noticed until now. But, I was in a session today, just walking the sidewalks and the peds kept sneezing, coughing and wiping their noses. It wasn't just something that happened here and there, it was rampant in the game. Then It got me thinking, this could be something that Rockstar put in as a small precursor of a Zombie/Pandemic DLC, maybe? That would be pretty cool for them to sneak little things like that into the game, hinting us in on a sickness that is gradually spreading across San Andreas.

 

Has anyone else noticed the influx of this in their games?

Gta is seriously the perfect game for a zombie DLC! Everyone complains because of how over used zombies are but GTA is perfect. Just imagine mowing down countless numbers of zombies with friends online, getting over run and having to get in your chopper and fly across the map to find more of them attacking other players. The zombie maps on San Andreas multiplayer was real intense, although not enough zombie action but the feeling was there, an abandoned SA with cars wrecks everywhere, no civilians anywhere, you had to find food and water to survive which was scarce, weapons were very few and far between, in order to create a vehicle you had to find 4 wheels and chassis, an engine and some fuel, in order to carry more you had to find backpacks, and to set up camp you needed to find a tent and place it in a nice location so other players couldnt find and raid it...
the only thing that let it down was the lack of zombies and lack of coop, otherwise, having to run everywhere, watching your back constantly gave me the chills on many occasions
trust me, a zombie mod in GTA V would seriously rock, Imagine sandy shores covered in zombies as you have to sneak in to steal cookies from the store and syphon petrol from the local gas station..... cmon, it would rock your cock off

I think the Clowns we have to shoot in one of the Strangers & Freaks missions would make a lot more sense then Zombies or maybe the Aliens but not Zombies.

You steal the nerve toxin as usual, and get to the chopper but you don't make it in time. When Michael is putting the toxin in the refrigeration unit, the Agents arrive and fire on it. It blows up, and Michael and Trevor both die. Franklin wakes up in a destroyed hanger in Sandy Shores, and breaks free. It's up to him to find Survivors, uncover the secret to why the government is not helping San Andreas, and avenge his fallen friends.

Since Humane Lab do research on monkies wouldn't they turn into monkies instead of Zombies?
