Wolfhuman
What is the longest wait for a game between first reveal (official announcement, trailer, pic, etc) from a game developer to the actual release of the game. Gta V - 1 year and 10 months. (damn) Edited November 16, 2013 by Wolfhuman

Maybe a stupid question, but why are the graphics then so good, did they updated the graphics ever time?

The Pizza Delivery Guy
DNF is one. Half Life 3 has been quite the wait. Gran Turismo 5 felt like forever for me. I'm still waiting for a Test Drive Eve Of Destruction sequel.

Maybe a stupid question, but why are the graphics then so good, did they updated the graphics ever time? Duke Nukem Forever had a freakin' messy development, it was very unorganised. WinterEdit
I know Duke Nukem Forever had a huge development time, and it probably is the most postponed game of all time. According to the second poster, I was 2 months old when it was told to be in development... lol. I actually watched the trailer for the 1998 Duke Nukem Forever some time ago. Looked cool. But if I had to choose a game that I remember being postponed some times, it would be BioShock: Infinite. If I remember right, it was delayed 3 times... and the first trailer was released in 2010 or something.

''among the new hires was project lead Brian Hook, who became the first person to successfully resist Broussard's requests for changes'' lol What was the reaction of Broussard or the game developer(s) to the negative response?
