The character deletion is f*cked up, and it looks like R*'s attempts to prevent this issue have, so far, failed to completely solve the problem, despite the patches. Just one question. Finn 7 five 11 Posted November 16, 2013 Share Posted November 16, 2013 Okay, fine, I could accept character deletion at the beginning of the Multiplayer, they were trying something quite different and had already spent several years developing the game so probably couldn't afford to spend much more time on it, however, constant character deletion is a little more than ridiculous, especially when online has more features than SP but you continue to get reset and have to start from square one. You had all of those things and they are all gone, and that is f*cked up! Try sending R* an e-mail about this problem, I hope that they can restore your character. R* need to realise that GTA Online needs a permanent fix for the character deletion issue, since this issue is getting out of hand. they claim to have fixed the problem, yet it still pops up every now and again. But even pre school game devs have a big enough brain to make sure MULITPLE saves are stored on their serves just to prevent a 'ONE AND DONE" type of incident. Either select slot 2 and play with a temporary character of reboot your console and try again to see if the cloud servers are back. It might be the cloud not handling the stress. yeah, when i did the character earlier i did it in the 2nd slot.And now i can remember that shortly before i got a message that rockstar cloud service was unavailable. No answer yet You are not the only one to have been reset/deleted. There are a few others as well, but when they posted on the R* support page, R* deleted their posts... for no reason!
