How do i make a ped driving on one vehicle?

 

Example like

 

I have seen a Security guard on Securicar

Do you mean on the roof of a car? Search for "turret" opcode. It allows to "stick" an actor to a car and he won't fall of it.

No, i mean, make a ped driving on one vehicle, just like a security guard driving securicar

I think he means make one ped drive one specific vehicle. So stuff like cop cars are always driven by cops, but he wants something similar for a regular car. One ped drives that one vehicle.

Well for that you can edit cargrp.dat in data folder.
