I'm thinking it would be very similar to the Gang Attacks, with the red zone on the map (different color).

 

Introduce a new contact or maybe give Lamar something useful to do. This contact will then call you with information about a drug deal going on between two factions, rednecks and gangsters, MC vs MC, maybe even two factions that also get raided by the feds mid-way through.

 

After the contact gives you some details (location, factions [excluding FIB], weapons, etc.) the colored zone will appear on the map.

 

This will then initiate a mad rush of players/crews converging on the same deal. They're free to team up or massacre everyone, as long as they get the drugs.

 

If the feds are involved, they can move in after a certain amount of bangers/club members/etc. are killed.

 

Once the drugs are acquired, you receive a phone call arranging a meet with the contact at a variable location. You must now make it to the location with everyone hot on your tail. The feds, too (if involved).

 

This will make it similar to the Simeon vehicles, but no one knows where you're actually headed, therefore disallowing the 'stickies on the garage door/car' trap.

 

Once you arrive at the location, you are given a hefty reward for your troubles.
