Are there hi tops?

I saw a guy wearing hi tops and looked for them in the clothes store but couldn't find any. Where can I find them and at what level?

theres 2 pair:

1. called canvas shoes, look like a high top converse chuck taylor in red

2. called sneaker, all black hightop sneaker with an ankle velcro strap

It's the 1 pair of "Sneakers". They are the only hi tops currently in the game.

Yeah I found them. They only show if you're wearing the skinny jeans and that makes my guy look like a girl so I'll stick with my skate shoes haha
