Looking for serious crew...

Im pretty sure this is the wrong place to post this, but I'm looking for a crew that is pretty serious in terms of doing missions and ranking up as a crew. (Something thats ran similar to an organized crime style family...lol) I'm currently in a crew with a couple of friends but want something more serious in terms of gameplay.

 

So with that being said I'm willing to join a pretty good sized crew thats structured pretty well that likes to earn RP the legit way. If I'm in the wrong place please point me in the right direction.

 

I'm on XBOX by the way. Lvl 60
