killed some guy for a 9k bounty. he made it his mission to chase me around the whole time afterwards. lost count how many times I killed him, but he wouldn't give up. he just kept chasing me around like a cockroach

I've run into quite a few of them, too. Quite the little annoyance they are, its like they didn't realize there's a bounty on them.

 

I took out the bounty and once the body hit the ground I was speeding off into the sunset. A few minutes later, cruising with my buddy, I see a dot moving in FAST.

 

Sure enough its the guy who I killed. He then proceeded to roll up on me slowly, and I see him pull out his Micro. As he was pivoting around toward me he received a sawed off shell to the face.

 

In the following chases and fights he was the victim of terrible and foolish demises.
