Carbonizzare is worst sports car

Yeah, my Carbo is driving me crazy. Agree about having to baby the throttle too much. If I run a perfect race, there is not a car in the world besides another Carbo that can beat me. But, if I go up against a driver trying to ram me, or make one little mistake (which would be insignificantly small in any other car) I spin the f*ck out. And then I spin the f*ck out again while trying to straighten myself up. And if the race has an offroad portion? Forget it.

I bought a Rapid GT last night and I am loving it. It's barely upgraded at this point, besides armor and bulletproof tires all I've put on there so far is the transmission upgrade, and I smoked a couple fully customized cars in races (Elegy's, Carbo, Feltzer).

Without the upgrades, obviously, it is still difficult to win if I fall too far behind, but so far I am loving it way more than my Carbo, which I will keep for straight line races like Down the Drain (which I avoid like it's bubonic), Route 68 or The Commute. The Rapid GT has thus far been much better in any real race (i.e. one that requires more than two turns).

The Carbonizzare is the second fastest car on the game, and I love it. It is definitely my favorite sports car. I think it handles really well. It's a bit loose, but being able to manage that means you can pull off some nice maneuvers, like the Sabre Turbo.

Took me a little while to perfect my driving skills in the carbo. It feels so easy to drive now.

I drift round bends beautifully. The power and noise is amazing. Driven correctly nothing much can compete.

If it scares you when the car drifts or wheel spins, go for something a little more lady like so its easier for you to handle

Blasterman4EVER

It is not the second fastest.

Entity is.

Ignore stats.

Entity is.

Ignore stats.

Every stats sheet I have seen puts the Carbonizzare in second place for top speed, with the Entity third.

Except for the in game stats sheet, which lies.

Entity fanboys :/

I got rid of mine... Replaced it with a Sabre Turbo. Never looked back!

I love my Carbonizzare! I like my Entity most, the Carbonizzare second, and my Adder third. I don't think it can be beat for the cost. Surprised to hear these complaints on it really. Everyone has different tastes.

Biohazard Abyss

I think it performs great but has the personality of a rock.

I agree with both sides...

Slides harder than most. Even close to as bad as the rat loader... Lol

Buuut

Like the rat loader... She pokes!

Top speeds are nice, acceleration nice, but traction lacks.

Like the others said... If you learn to drive her, youll understand why and how in custom races carbonizzares win a lloooot. And why its my personal favorite.... Hardtop convertable bytchesss!

The thing slides out too much. Bad brakes, and the speed and acceleration certainly do not make up for it. I think I probably wasted too much money fully upgrading this one. The things does not let you drift even in the slightest yet is still tail happy. Any suggestion for a better car to race? I also already have a fully modded 9F that I use most often, but I want another sports car class as secondary when I want to race a different car other than the 9F.

I beat people in races with mine just fine. Maybe your driving style just isn't well suited to this sort of handling? I enjoy cars that are fast and have the ass end slide out on corners. They are very fun to drive and high risk/reward.

Same reason I love my adder and same reason I love driving my sabre turbo.

In my experience I have mastered the 9f already. That is still my go to. The only way I get outraced by another car in my 9f is when a heavier car rams me into oblivion.

Pretty much my experience. 9F is a wonderful beast to have...so long as nothing hits you :p

Coquette is an Easy-mode Carbonizzare, Similar stats, but easier to keep on the road.

I own a fully modded Carbonizzare and I love that thing. I don`t see the problem with brakes or sliding. epic car.

don't punch the throttle when it starts to slide

I f*cking love this car, it's a bit harder to drive than most but it's just awesome if you ask me

and if you get it under control it is one of the best sports cars

won plenty of races with it

Lol, and I bet this guy thinks the adder is a handling beast lmao

The carbonizzare is basically the adder of the sports class. So no, they both handle below par. I can probably contribute my trouble with handling this to unfamiliarity. Like I said, 9F is my baby. So I don't get why all these carob users bag on my driving skills yet complain that a 9f is hard to handle?

If you go by stats (you shouldn't) the Carbo is the third best sports car when considering the speed, accel, and handling stats from IGN and ignoring the braking because that's a very minor stat compared to the others.

Composite scores for 5 sports class cars (average of speed, accel, handling):

5. Banshee - 7.90

4. Coquette - 8.07

3. Carbo - 8.17

2. Rapid GT - 8.20

1. Feltzer - 8.23

Again this is with the IGN vehicle stats and ignoring braking. That said, I drive a Coquette because f*ck stats. It's not a big difference between any of them really, and stats are even more pointless with dumb drivers wrecking you and catchup turned on. So drive what you like because your vehicle performance is most likely being trumped by variables you can't control.

Surano or Coquette in my opinion. Those cars can haul a** and they look real nice too.

Agreed. I have the Coquette because I wanted it. For it's looks, drama, etc. Turns out it's probably the most well-rounded sports car IMO. It seems to win a lot...and I don't just mean I win a lot.

If there are 3 Coquettes in a, say, 10 player race...seems like 2 out of top 3 will be Coquettes, maybe one Carbonizzaire.

As someone stated about a Carbonizzare in another thread, if you tap the brake twice while turning its quite easy to handle. Do not hand brake it on turns especially at high speeds. I like mine more after learning this and it was already my favorite.
