When are they bringing the online characters to offline solo sesion?

Still waiting for rockstar to do what they should have done in the first play. The abilaty to play with your online character in a offline solo session no internet required.

I don't know about that.. but if you start a story mode game and then choose online through the menu you can choose solo sessions, I assume rockstar want to keep the players save on the cloud server to prevent (or hinder) people modding the file and then joining a online session.
