GTAV Online Job Problem

Well, hi everyone. I'm here to find a solution on why it takes ages for me to do a job, whether I join using quick job or using the places around the map. For example:

When I join a job, race, deathmatch or whatever I sometimes get stuck on the loading screen. The bit where it is an eagle view just above the city, and it just stays there for like 30 secs. I see people on YT which takes them a couple of secs to join a job, but for me it takes almost more than half a min.

 

Could it be my connection or what? I just need an answer, thanks. Or could it be the fact that I use an old PS3? It's a 32GB.
