Losing money directly from the bank

First off I am not a bad sport I do not think I have even killed another player yet. But I am always in bad sport lobby's where everyone kills each other. I do not mess with anyone and I everytime some kills me $2000 is deducted from my bank account. I thought you did not lose money from the bank atleast that is what rockstar said. Also if you see me in your lobby (trevor2smokes) please leave me alone because I just want to drive around without being shot at for no reason. Anyone else lose money from the bank?
