Properties you wish you could own

I thought of this idea, what if there were a thread where people collected pics of places they hope will be included as properties in the future? Here are some places I found while exploring that I wouldn't mind the ability to own.

A new type of high level apartment could be purchasable here. From this angle you would see out over the ocean. Obviously the interior would be special because one side would be rounded. Could you imagine the view from the round room? It even has a long driveway leading to a garage out back. Could be a new 20 car apt with prices upward of 500k.

 

This house out by the prison could work, just make the barn a garage.

 

A hotel room would be cool and a cheaper alternative for lower level players. It would be cool if Rockstar worked in parking spaces like in GTA IV, but unfortunately that really wouldn't work online.

 

So go out and explore San Andreas! Post your dream properties!

Something like this, only more.. mansion like, on the side of the mountain, with another 10 car garage would be perfect.

 

Michael`s house is the perfect example of what I want, only with less tennis courts and swimming pools and more.. backyard green. Lush is a word I`d describe.

 

In the middle of the woods would be simply perfect.

I would love to be able to buy the mansion you steal the Stinger GT and the Roller from in that Simeon mission (think it's Gentry Does It). Just looks great and I think there are three garage doors - 30 car garage anyone?

 

Also, would love somewhere, anywhere in Blaine. A skanky trailer like Trevors would do just fine.

Pretty cool selections there OP - I like them.

 

I think they'll only ever allow us to have apartments though, rather than houses with their own garden. Otherwise two people can't really own the same property or you'd be running all over each others' gardens. Either that or the whole estate would have to be instanced. Which would be garbage!

As for properties, I'd really like something in West Vinewood that isn't a six car garage condo.

I mean, there's garages and leasing signs everywhere, Rockstar. Gahdamn it.

i do wish it was possible however, has anyone considered how silly it would be if all 16 players in-game owned the same house? It just wouldn't work. You think you're pulling up to your own personal discreet driveway only to find a number of players loitering on what happens to be their property also.

 

This is why we have apartments instead. One idea I do have is that instead of 1 single player owning a house. It could be made as more of a gang hideout/gang territory. That way, you'll only find gang members in you backyard. Just a thought.

 

Imagine cruising with your crew only to receive a txt saying your hideout is being attacked by a rival clique?

I want something like that, with a high fence, that only a level 120, 150, 200+ can buy (to keep out the riff raff of noobs who buy cash cards or otherwise amass great amounts of $) and i want a daily fee of $500-$1000 for utilities, the mechanic AND a security team of NPC's to guard my house. yeah thats right, i want people to protect me from the griefers.

Found this house: In a nice neighborhood, at the end of a cul de sac, automatic gates, with a 10 car garage would be quite nice!
