House Hunting

I am thinking about down sizing from my current place to a smaller more secluded house. I currently am at Alta Plaza and I like it and I am not too bothered by anyone but I would like to be in a different location. So here is what I am asking:

 

1) For those of you who have lived in a 6 car garage house and are currently living or have lived in a 10 car garage house, which one did you like better and why?

 

2) Will my cars transfer to my new house?

 

3) How do I sell my current place and what percentage of the initial cost will I get back?

1.6 car garage, less to choose from, lol.

3.Just go and see the house in the game, and it will says too you how much you get back and then buy it.

Don't do it. Alta is chill. Unless you want a better view then Richards Majestic #51, Weasel #101, or Eclipse tower.

I have the 150k one for my main, I like the location and the view when your outside. It has docks right at the parkinglot lf you have boats. Easy garage to get in and out of.

 

Your current place will auto sell and give you half it's cost back when you buy a new place.

 

Your cars should transfer, but you'll lose 4 of them. Better to sell the ones you don't want and get yourself down to 4 instead ofetting the game decide which you will lose.

Actually I am thinking Del Perro Heights now.

 

Not a bad choice... But still in a busy area guy. Weezels is my house.. is best trust me.
