OBrien97 Posted November 9, 2002 Share Posted November 9, 2002 Moved To: Vice City Gameplay once you get to the second island there are places to get a helicopter...on top of tha police station...on top of tha news station...and theres a savehouse u can buy for 14000 that has a helicopter on tha roof...also theres one on a mansion that u eventually get (dont wanna give anything away)... Just kep doing missions...and tha radio people will say that tha city is now open and sh*t like that...then ur on tha second island...juss keep doing tha missions..and check by tha bridges in case u miss tha announcement...
