No one has it. A while ago, someone claimed that they have gotten it into online, but never backed that claim up with a picture as a proof of it, so at the moment, no one has the van. Even if someone managed to get it online, the gun would be not useable because it is scripted solely for one mission, same with the JB700.

Anyone able to bring custom modded cars from single player to multiplayer? My computer burned out last week, so i cant.

 

I would really apriciate if someone would be able to get a rusty BF Surfer van without the surf board on top, or a Youga van, either one, with license plates that say BANGBUS.

 

I would prefer the rusty BF Surfer tho, being that it looks more "shady". Any help would be awesome guys.

The primo almost always spawns driving on the way towards the LSC by the airport. Driving a Futo or Buffalo might increase the chance since thats what i drive when i come across it.
