Why is everyone so obsessed with this Epsilon blue thing? For me its not a big deal, its just a nice shade of blue that is unachieveable in LSC, other than that... nothing special.

You can't dupe bikes that are worth more than $10,000 (like the $100,000 rule with cars), the game will say it already has a tracker and you need to buy one from southernsanandreassuperautos.com.
