Un fortunatly Im always late to the party. I tried to download the program to do it myself but fail I run windows xp. So if somebody would help me out on one of these BP, full performance modded cop vehicles I would appreciate it alot

 

Want: In preference order---> Police buffalo in Basic LSPD black/white paint, suv mesh wheels, Snow Police cruiser with light bar in basic police color, Or Police Transport Van in matte black color,
