1. Why dont you quicksave in michaels driveway and spawn it there?

2. You can go up in reverse.

3. Theres less angeled roads nearby which lead to the top, then you can drive down.

 

Whats so special about that thing anyway?

It does nothing else than slowly pushing cars around, its speed is ridiculously fast too.
