well search no more, I am explaining this as you the passenger wanting a hotknfie(works with any car that ain't 1 door, that has to be glitched into a garage)

 

You will be invited to apt, you will get into the passenger side, the owner gets in the drivers seat, then he will use his phone to buy another apt. When he does he leaves and you will see an animation of you shifting over to the drives seat and then you can drive it away and it will be yours. Insured and tracked, just go to your garage get another car out. And the duped car will go in your garage. The hotknife won't be seen but you can use the mechanic to deliver it to you.

All your gonna do is gonna go in the car your gonna dupe with a person. Open phone go to Dynasty find the same aparment you live in and buy the same one just with a diffrent number as your purchasing a black screen comes up telling you how much money you will get back press x and then start rapidly pressing o you should be out of the garage without the car but your friend will be in the car you duped he has to go back to his garage it will tell him he cant bring it in his garage this is when he has to go in his garage get a car and exit his garage the car should have dissapered outside and as he enters back in he should have it.
