You guys are braver than me, I am only interested in cars I can customize myself and drive into my garage without glitching.

You are quite limited from having the "rare" vehicles then, because many require glitching them into your garage.

 

Agreed but I just want the cars I can drive straight into the garage if I am being pursued.

Fair point, but here's a tip if you do ever decide to get a glitched vehicle - you only have to glitch it in once. If you want to put it back in your garage, walk inside your garage then drive a different vehicle out. The glitched vehicle will be back in its original spot when you go back in your garage.

I guess this can go here since it's a modded vehicle... does the chrome tank have to be duped before someone can put it in their garage, or can they take my personal one? I'm trying to give one away but it's not working.

I think it has to be duped since the tank has your tracker

Hi all,

 

Does anyone get problems with trying to glitch single player vehicles into online? I have watched all the videos on how to do it.. and i get as far as spawning in the edited car on michaels drive.. at this point I'm happy with the way my vehicle looks and so then i proceed to drive it in michaels garage and i then wait for night time to have a better chance of spawning inside michaels house..

 

when it gets to 1.30 am i then quick save either next to my edited car in the garage or in the kitchen or even upstairs somewhere ( i have tried everywhere in the house!

 

At this point i have the custom car from single player in michaels garage and i have quick saved, so therefore i get my friend ( who is in an invite only session ) to send me an invite and then i proceed to do the story mode glitch!

 

I then usually spawn in michaels house which is all good then i back out of playstation store to unfreeze him…

 

NOW FOR THE MOST FRUSTRATING PART!!

 

I run down to his garage and low and behold the edited car from save editor is not in the garage where i left it… i

 

I have tried this glitch in so many different ways and forms i'm thinking about giving up trying..

I've even started a new campaign, changed the USB to a different one, downloaded the editor on a different windows computer,

 

AND IT JUST DOES NOT WORK.. I AM SURE I AM DOING EVERYTHING CORRECTLY AS I HAVE 2 FRIENDS WHO DO EXACTLY AS I AM DOING AND THEIR CARS DO NOT DISAPPEAR WHEN THE GO TO MICHAELS GARAGE!!

 

I'VE TRIED EVERYTHING...

 

any advice would be much appreciated .. if anyone has the same problems and can help please add me my PSN is producer-purser

don't quick save after putting the car in michaels garage, make sure the car is all the way in the garage as far as possible, walk out, close the door, drive around the block and come back to make sure it's still there even, then immediately join your friends private session, do not quicksave.

Forklift (most useless vehicle in gta:o at the moment. Can't lift cars because its to heavy)

Hearse funeral car with cofin.

Ranger xl snow

Police patrol car snow

Police cruiser emergency (black with orange tint) with lightbar.

Blazer

.. and.. you'll see.

 

Want: nothing really.. would still like to see your garage if you like.

 

Will be duping for an hour or such.

well I finally modded one in, but it did disappear on the guy, but I think i know why i did it wrong. So for all those new at it, I beleive if your sp charactor michael hasn't got all the modcons unlocked in lsc and you put a full modded one in his garage it won't appear. Thats my theory.

Yeah, the duped tank is what ended up working. I was trying to give the tank to two different people in two different garages. It wasn't pretty, but it eventually worked.

 

I wish I could have recorded some of the crazy spazzing out I saw. I almost got killed when a flying tank hit me in the head.

I usually do all that AND then quick save while in his hallway, that way if the game freezes up I can just take the invite from the XMB and not have to worry about the car being there or not.

Luckily managed to actually get both of these into multiplayer by myself. Maxed out both. They're modded with new parts. One is Metal. Other is Matte Black AND...they're absolutely free. I'll dupe them to anyone who would like one of them. Or both! Just know how to dupe and store them into your garage.

well I finally modded one in, but it did disappear on the guy, but I think i know why i did it wrong. So for all those new at it, I beleive if your sp charactor michael hasn't got all the modcons unlocked in lsc and you put a full modded one in his garage it won't appear. Thats my theory.

started new save and stopped when i got michael. everything worked fine for me. if you were able to actually get it into mp then all you do is back up or pull forward to garage door then go back to doorway and watch it and wait for other player. has worked for me every time since i stopped trying to use michaels tailgator as the base vehicle

As far as mine, it's mine. And the other, that's up the owner.

 

If someone else wants their own, I can do at least 2 at a time. Sometimes I get lucky and I get 2 of each one (total of 4)
