Start/Run/Command Prompt type ipconfig and get your IPv4 address and try it with that, also type Data in a crapload more times than what they have

Slide the speed slider all the way to the right.

 

And that's it! Just press start before you go to the PS store and press stop before you press leave online.

yeah this is the normal way, if having problems with that IP it says use your IPv4 address so I was tellin him how to get it
