Guys cars like the weed van clown van and etc can be dup. If you can put it the lsc and put insurance on it you can keep it you garage.

You can drive the 'Smoke On The Water' Van into LSC now?

Not really been keeping up to date with everything after the patch. A know we can still dupe, 2 ways as a know of.

 

1.Going into your garage solo, start, store and exit store.

2. Invite a friend, both get into the car and while your exiting start, store and exit.

 

I have only tried 1. It does work, but my experiences is that you can try it 20 times and only mange it once. Is this the same with everybody or am i not doing it correctly? What is the success rate of option 2? A know the LSC money glitch still works. Can you still bring cars from SP to MP? If you can assuming it has to be cars that can go into LSC so you can put them into garage?

So i loaded up my iFruit app to see if any mods would be available for my unmentionable vehicle.

 

Upon loading i got a message saying "unable to load vehicle, reverting vehicle to buffalo" I did not hit the accept button, instead i exited & force closed the app.

 

Im not able to get online for the next 12 hours or so but im really hoping Franks buffalo & my unmentionable vehicle are both safe. Will report back if anything screwy happened

You'll keep your Franks Buffalo but I dunno about your "Unmentionable vehicle"

Im hoping i do. It is still in MMI or with my character where i respawn. My fingers are crossed. Dammit, why must work impede on my gaming time lol.

 

It says that cause you have a buggy in your garage if you do it changes it into a Buffalo, such as the new vehicle it changes them into Franklin or Normal Buffaloes on the app (app still not fixed)

 

If the message comes up don't worry, your car won't be changed. I got the message with my TT and was able to modify it in the app because the app thought it was a Buffalo (added BP tires etc). I then drove it into LSC and the mods were added, the truck itself was unharmed.

Unfortunately I haven't won enough races to be able to fully mod the engine, brakes, etc... I have raced a lot, but am not the most skilled driver

@stokiekris The reason why is because the "glitched" cars replaced those cars when you glitched them into the garage. And the BF dune buggy does not show up at all in ifruit

Not the fastest but what I think is the best dupe method atm if ur only duping for yourself is the old insurance glitch. 100% effective and it insures the vehicle (sometimes at a lower cost than if u go to lsc!)

Ahh right ok then so how are people modding the buggy ? And do you have to go to LSC to have the mods fitted or can you do it with said car in own garage?( i.e. something that can't go into LSC like the transporter. ) and another thing on the app why are two cars missing not just the buggy?

In these quiet days after patch 1.06 me and my wife got a little bored and decided we would see which was faster in a drag race, a pre1.06 dune buggy as pictured or the brand new bifta! Both obviously with full upgrades (engine4, turbo, etc.)

 

After parking up down at the airstrip and starting a countdown we were off!

 

Initially it was the pre1.06 that took the lead but not for long as the bifta soon caught up and stole the lead. R*-1 Modders-0

Point is everyone can have a free bifta and these cannot modded at LSC.. so they are diffrent.

I'm still trying to figure out how they are modding vehciles too through Ifruit. I tried to get BP tires on my buggy, but the buffalo that shows up is always for my BF Bifta and not the BF dune buggy and adds the tires to that

Oh ok thanks. I got kinda worried that my cruiser would be gone or changed into a buffalo. Its the only vehicle in my garage that shouldnt load in iFruit unless the beach bum buggy doesnt get recognized either. I feel a little more at ease now.

 

I really hope R* makes a DLC for police vehicles. Would gladly pay $20 or so for it.
