How to do SP2MP after 1.06

 

It's basically still the same as the old way.

 

Once I spawn in my apartment (after setting up everything on the SP end) I go to PS STORE, CONFIRM, PRESS START, LEAVE SESSION, CONFIRM, LEAVE PS STORE, SPAWN AS MICHAEL.

Except now the window of opportunity to hit start is very small, but it is there. Also, I have found that the best time to "confirm leave session" is just moments before the ps store loads up. So I wait until the game zooms out 3 times, I wait for a while, then I confirm leave session.

 

The kind of session I was doing this in? A public session (I always do it like this even last time as I do it solo).

 

I can't yet pinpoint exactly the best time to press start but my guess is that start has to be activated right after you confirm to go to ps store and the screen filter goes from blurry to clear for a split second.

 

Did I miss out any info?

 

edit: I wasn't trying to bring the cop cars in, was just wanted to see if the glitch still worked. I succeeded one time before this but the cars werent there but thats because i didnt reload the saved file. I don't believe I am the only to have been able to do this as Synister has mentioned that his friend managed as well.

My passenger was forced out of the car. Wasn't I fast enough?

Ok.. but I noticed the loading time for the start menu is pretty long. Once you are able to press start it almost drives out of my garage already. Is this considered normal for this to work?

Press start as soon as you can and then go to the PS Store, then the passenger should move to the driver seat and should immediately reverse into their garage to be sure they have it.

 

(Although I've been able to just get back in and drive around without it being my personal vehicle.

I press start once i see my car in the garage tunnel, L1, then X - X - Just mash the X u should be good

By the way.. I was living in weazel plaza and it seems that it doesnt have a drive out garage animation. When I drive out I just spawn outside my apartment in my car. Couldnt dupe for wickedweed until I bought an apt at eclipse towers
