I am rather curious why the devs of GTA:VC didnt include bullet holes. This seems rather lazy on rockstars part, one of the great things I enjoy doing in Mafia is unloading a drum mag from a thompson on a car and see the radiator leak, the bullet holes puncture tires, the car rock from the shooting, the ability to shoot the gas tank and have the car explode, or shoot off tires completly not to mention the overall effect of a car riddled with gun shots. I find it rather odd that a vulcan gatling gun would create sparks when it hits a car..

 

And what is up with shooting people through their windows? Why is it when you blow someones head off they open the door and jump out on the ground without a head?

You obiviously did not play Gta3 as this was an occourance when you blew someones head of and they tired running off.

well when you shoot their head off, they fall out of the car

 

it's a good effect considering when you do it to chopper pilots to see them fall from the chopper haha

 

and personally people running around with no head is funnier than sh*t..or hopping on one leg because you blew the other one off...i mean, it is a game dude!

Excuse me, but sh*t is not funny. Unless you happen to be a star of either Jackass or one of the CKYs. Raab Himself is my personal favorite. Bulletholes are not a neccessity, they'd look good, though. You have to sacrifice some details for others.
