How far or what missions do u have to do before u can go into hyman memorial stadium?

just go there at 20:00 and walk up to the jighest level doors and the middle one should be open from 20:00-24:59.

if u want to know what u are doing just look above the door and there will either be the dirt bike game, racing, and the destuction derby.

In other words, it's open from 8PM -> 11:59 PM.
