What's some fun things to do in online

All my friends are on Ghosts AC4 or BF4 and I'm here on GTA, but I'm getting quite bored I usually just drive around and jump out of the planes etc. What's some fun stuff to do I don't care if it's trolling or just being random.

Drive a boat anywhere, ride a seadoo up the stream leading to the Alamo sea and then down the other one, ride a bike down Mount Chiliad...without dying, stage elaborate assassinations on NPC's eg. Setting up blockade ambushes or sticky "car" bombs. Or going on an assassination spree attempting to avoid all police contact or spotting you resulting in a "fail". Buzzard rampages, flying a luxor through downtown without pancaking a building, bmx tricks, knifing randoms, seadooing the canals, riding a bike/motorbike underground.....need I go on?

Anyone who says they havent tweaked the matchmaking logic - look at the lobby...highest rank 27 ??
