exercising demons franklin location?

I noticed franklins exercising demons freak mission is a progress one. Where exsactly is it? does trevors exercise mission have to be done b4 franklins appears? I have finished the story so it should pop up (during the day hrs)

Also when do have scuba gear only while using your sub or any boat of yours? What about the boat at sonar collections is that yours to with scuba gear?

Franklins is up near paletto-- south along the coast a bit.. there was a marker. I did it after Michael but before Trevor.

 

Not completely sure about scuba gear-- definitely there if in sub.

Yeah I feel silly again there marked F2 or something . Not a ? mark for exercise demens missions they say merry-ann. I have yet to find out if the boat at sonar collections is yours to when buy it or I fergot. I would like to got to the underwater spaceship part with the sub. How ever that's like half way around the island would take an hour to get there in the sub. Sonar collections is franklins in my game and spaceship parts is his mission a completion grind exploration one. If I use the dingy glitch to get scuba gear and go there it wouldn't count bc offline correct? Hence you have to delete the patch. ohh little spoiler there hope I not in trouble MR moderator. Also that one area south under water is restricted area 4 star want level you just have to die getting it hopefully not if ya don't get it. oof long post didn't intend that.
