You must be on character slot 1 to order custom plates!

It is true. I finally got mine to process by starting a new character in slot 1 and going through the tutorial, then making an order through iFruit (my original slot 1 character was deleted).

I have a slot 1 character and my plate still hasn't shown up, although starting another to get it to pop might not be a bad idea, I'll have to try that.

 

I sent R* an email about this problem and got a reply about a mile long on how to break my phone apart and fix it...because that's obviously the problem. Idiots. When i buy chop a new collar, THAT works and appears in game...but LS Customs just doesn't do anything. That proves the problem isn't on my end and i wrote it in the email but it obviously wasn't read.

I can get the app to work on single player.

 

Online absolutely nothing in the LSC part of the app works.
