Missing Vacca

So today I was online when someone destroyed my Vacca. I was right in front of my garage, and called for a replacement. After I hung up, for some reason I got into my other vehicle, an Elegy RH8 while still near my garage. I called my mechanic to go get it, but I got a notice that I was too close to my personal vehicle, so I drove it back inside. I called again, but now I was too close to my garage. SOMEWHERE along the way, my Elegy was duplicated, and my Vacca nowhere to be found. I have no idea what happened to it.
