Question about bounties?

Can you not put bounties on friends/crew members? Because every time I try to set a bounty on a certain friend of mine it won't list his name on the list of players you can choose from.

You can. I set a bounty on a crew member (and friend) the other day. We were going to see if we could keep him alive.

 

It didn't work out very well.

 

Not sure why you were having that problem. You need to be in the same game session - was that it?

Yeah we were in the same game session.. And I've tried it several times in the past few weeks.. Does it have anything to do with his rank? I can't really think of anything else

Maybe. Low ranks can't see bounties, if I remember correctly. So perhaps you can't put one on a low rank too. It kinda makes sense that way. I think maybe you have it! :D

Hmm but npc's (who's car I had stolen) put bounties on me when I was a lower rank.. In fact even at rank 1 lol.. Idk if npc's are different or..
