Garage Reset ( It's happening now)

They should just make anyone who abused glitches start over completely. Back to creating a new character with no money.

That would further kill the already decaying playerbase. Glitchers or not, I'd at least like to have people to play with.

I can totally understand if they reset garages that has jets in them and sh*t, I never put a jet or a f*cking tank in my garage like a moron. Those are the people that you should be complaining about, and if so the I whole heartedly agree, but everyone with cool snowy vehicles or clown cars and other silly stuff weren't doing anything bad.

 

The others are the ones who definitely ruined it and took it over board, we could have flown under the radar with regular cars for a while if people didn't feel the f*cking need to store a god damn fighter pilot or a tank in their garage and have as their PERSONAL vehicles that were insured also. There is NEVER a a reason to insure a tank or jet other than to make it harder for other people to destroy you when you're griefing them.

 

With that said if this is true I will be extremely upset but it won't stop me playing by any means. I might actually play a little more single player who knows. I can't say I didn't expect this though, I didn't think they were going to be able to hold onto these cars and other vehicles for ever in our garages but now no one wins so yeah.

 

Hopefully they patch the f*cking money glitches so this game can actually be played as it meant to was and finally drive away the money glitchers. Those are the people who are ruining the game the most by just creating a sh*tty player base.

Cheating/glitching in general is driving this game down the drain, the majority of the people complaining about lack of content are probably glitchers themselves and don't even realize content release is probably delayed/slowed due to the amount of cheating/glitching in this game.

 

Just because you did a different kind of glitch doesn't change the fact that you're a cheater and it doesn't change the fact that you're ruining the game.

Lol Odesza stop talking about glitching like it effects rockstars decisions in any way. All they care about is getting the save issues fixed so they can sell cash cards. Period. The glitching is a side thing to fix for AFTER that is all fixed.

 

Rockstar released buggy code so they have to FIX that before they start releasing other sh*t anyways, glitch abuse or not.

Stop saying glitching ruins the game...the game is ruined because the glitches exist not because people use them. Not even counting the money glitch this game is buggy as hell. Cars vibrating in my garage, a car exploding as soon as the mechanic delivers it (with him inside hahaha), coming out of a mission to see my car stuck in a wall, going to the impound lot to see cars stacked 3 high...shall I continue?

 

You can say this game isn't balanced around micro transactions all you want but you just aren't looking hard enough. The sheer expense of weapons and ammo, the prices of car upgrades ie. 50k turbo, losing ammo upon death, buying a boat expecting black and getting a random color with the only way to change it is to buy another, cutting mission payouts and insurance claims ranging into the thousands...yea no cash sinks there.

 

To end my rant lets talk about glitchers ruining the game. Yes, I will agree that invincibility and tanks in a garage suck but those fall under hacks not glitches. I was given over 20M by a hacker and yes I exploited one of the 4! Money glitches that have so far appeared in this game. I don't troll people with uber weapons (oh wait cause there isn't any) but what I do is sit in queues waiting for a matchmaking system created by a monkey to slot people into my group.

 

Yesterday as an example...15 min wait for parachuting, no one joined. 25 minutes for playlist...one person joined and left after I won the first race. 10 minutes for a boat race...no one joined.

 

I roll around on a bmx, off-road, do parachuting, mountain bike down Chiliad and blast around the city trying to drift. How does this "glitcher" take away from your fun??

 

Tl;dr for you illiterates. Yes R* made this a micro trans game. Yes glitches are THEIR fault. No it doesnt take away from your fun. Queue up for things you haven't done and you will find fun where you didn't know existed. And explore and challenge yourself.

• Built in a number of measures to protect players’ cash balances even if there are network problems

Where in my post did I even say that they are focused on glitchers? I said that content releases are probably slowed because of exploits within the game. If anything the patch notes show they are focusing on fixing problems people are having, not what you implied that getting the cash cards working are their top priority.

 

You also do realize what's happening right now is the cloud server having trouble loading certain data, not people losing their stuff, their stuff is still there.

 

Again, pull your head out of your ass and stop acting like a 12 year old.

Correct. Nothing glitched in my garage, never did glitches of any sort actually, and my garage is messed up. It's the cloud saves that have gone to sh*t.
